We have always had the best experience here! My sister had come here and worked with Marisa for her wedding dress years ago, and I knew I had to do the same. Marisa is energetic, honest, and really has an eye for what she does. She made the process so fun and stress-free. More than this, the whole experience felt like a dream - you get your own dressing room, they have dresses picked out for you based upon your style (you send in some ideas before you go), and they turn off the lights to show the dress in the evening light setting. Not only this, but you get to walk out to the front and step up to see yourself among all the other beautiful dresses they offer. I could not have been happier for this experience, and Marisa for making it a dream come true!

I just recently said YES YES YES to the most perfect dress at Bridal Beginning. Kristen and team were so amazing from the moment we walked in. She definitely understood the assignment. It helps so much that they ask for so many details ahead of time and request to see your pinterest board for inspo. Kristen was on point bringing beautiful gown after gown back to my room, and was perfect at knowing when to remove the ones that were not for me, each time we kept a top 3 so narrowing it down at the end was easier. I was between two dresses, and wanted to be 100% sure with my decision and not have any doubts later on. She let me try them on probably 6-7 times, switched up lighting, let me try on accessories, and did not once pressure me to go with one over the other, but in the end she knew I'd pick the one I did. Not only was she supportive in that, but her 10/10 personality was extremely welcoming and comforting given the stress I was under trying to find my perfect dress. Aside from the staff, the amount of GORGEOUS gowns at BB should be a reason you book an appt immediately when your time comes.

I have been dress shopping at numerous different shops, both in the Pittsburgh area and elsewhere and while I had other decent experiences, none of them quite compare to Bridal Beginning. I thought it was genius that they had different lighting settings in the room as well as areas out front where you could see the dresses in natural light. I'm not sure why other shops don't do things like that, it makes a world of difference. I had initially reached out to Bridal Beginning about a specific dress from a designer they carry. They didn't carry that dress in store to try on, but they immediately suggested a couple alternatives that were right on the money for what I was looking for (which other shops have struggled to understand and I've struggled to describe). When I got to my appointment I was paired with Laurena who did an excellent job of pulling dresses and keeping me motivated to continue trying on dresses (also a feat). She was endlessly patient with my indecision, even when I went back and forth between two dresses for a while. Eventually I was able to have my "yes" moment which I wasn't sure would ever come. I am so thankful for the team at Bridal Beginning for an excellent experience.

Sara helped me find a dress that I absolutely am in love with. I went there with a certain dress in mind, I tried it on and loved it but didn’t feel like it was it. After a few try ons and sorta picking up what I was visioning and trying to find (I don’t think I knew myself), Sara had me try on a dress that ended up being the one!! All the girls in the shop were absolutely amazing and so kind. The shop itself is absolutely stunning. If you’re thinking about whether or not to make the drive to it, DO IT. We drove about 1 hour and 20 minutes and I don’t regret it! It was such a fun day and I could not recommend bridal beginning or Sara more!
